to the collection, study and exhibition of African art. The National
Museum of African Art presents museum celebrates the rich visual
traditions and extraordinarily diverse cultures of Africa by presenting
a sampling of Africa's sculptures, masks, textiles, furniture, pottery,
paintings and much more. The museum also offers educational programs and
other programs to engage visitors with African art.

Daily 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
(except December 25); extended summer hours determined annually. Tours
